Only the best of nature’s bounty makes it to the table at Adlernest. We will delight you with our delicious specialities… give in to temptation! From breakfast to dinner, we focus on sustainable ingredients, 80% of which are produced within a 100 km radius. One example is the game procured by hunters of Val Senales or the lamb from our farm. For the rest, we rely on trusted local farmers from South Tyrol, who provide the very best.

Are you a gourmet? Then the Serafina gourmet stube is the right place for you! Chef Daniel Rainer, aided by sous-chef Martin Niedermair, and garde-manger and pastry chef Hannes Karnutsch, take you into a culinary world where traditional recipes meet modern interpretations. Get ready for an explosion of taste in an exclusive environment!

As usual, our ¾ pension will surprise you with dazzling themed evenings. You might find yourself and your family at a barbeque with DJ set, where you can feast on ribs and party the night away. In addition to the "Chill & Grill" events with mega smokers in the summer, you can enjoy tasty pasta buffets and much more.

The Adlernest drinks

Smooth gin, gin and tonic, gin fizz: in any shape, we love that juniper distillate! Here at the Adlernest we have a collection of over 60 types. The lord of the treasure is our Junior Chef Matthias; who describes himself as an enthusiast and also communicates it to his guests. On exclusive tasting evenings, attention is focused on citrus notes, fruity nuances, the taste of pepper and herbs, as well as the pleasure of drinking and being in good company. Try it!
